Meet Our Nurse Practitioner

Brooke White, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Hello!
I’m Brooke, born and raised in Michigan, and loving this Virginia coastal living! I enjoy spending time with my husband and our goldendoodle, Bentley, hiking, swimming, and traveling. I graduated with my BSN-RN from Spring Arbor University and worked in a variety of units ranging from Ortho, Neuro, CCU and Cardiac. I was blessed to be a travel nurse in Vermont and Michigan, gaining amazing experience on many different units. I graduated with my Masters in Nursing from Chamberlain University Family Nurse Practitioner after completing clinical hours in primary, OB-GYN, mental health and of course, my favorite, pediatrics! I have a passion for building bridges between modern and alternative natural medicine. I seek to educate and encourage a more natural, non-toxic, clean lifestyle, finding a balance focused on holistic and integrative practices. I strive to be a patient & family-centered provider with flexibility and creativity to meet people where they are and bring them to higher levels of health and happiness.
Meet Our Mental Health Therapists

Ashlee Villa, LPC
Clinical Supervisor
Ashlee is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Approved Supervisor in Virginia for those seeking licensure in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. She received her Master's of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, where she graduated with high distinction. She has over 16 years of experience working in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, life-changes, ADHD, grief/loss, behavioral problems, and mood disorders, among others. She uses evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness in her work with others. She views therapy as a journey, navigating through life's most difficult moments and working towards a place of hope and healing. Through this journey, with you being the expert, she will come alongside you to create a safe environment where you can feel heard, supported, validated, and have opportunities to gain insight in your healing process.

When she’s not seeing clients or supervising staff, she loves being outdoors and spending time with her family. She enjoys going for walks, RVing, hiking, bike riding, and exploring new areas, especially historic areas.
